Chef Iba Thiam's West African upbringing and culinary training make this one of the most interesting trailers in the Austin food cart community. The customer service is incredible; Iba is passionate, personable and very caring when it comes to his food and his guests. Visit Cazamance, and you'll have a new appreciation for just how full-service Austin's trailers can be. They are very conscious of buying locally and using the freshest, highest quality ingredients... and you can taste it. The seared Yassa chicken and the Moroccan lamb sausage are both popular among diners. They also have an extensive salad menu and delicious appetizers.
