Chez Nous
|
Chez Nous was started in 1982 by three authentic Parisian chefs interested in bringing French cuisine to Texas. Located right off Austin's popularly hedonistic Sixth Street, Chez Nous has remained a consistently satisfying dining experience for Austinites searching for sophistication. The dining room is warm and intimate but fills up quickly at peak hours. The wine selection has been pared down and the unpretentious wait staff is highly knowledgeable about food pairings. The prix-fixe menu includes delicacies like pate and confit along with simple, delicious salads and quality entrees. The sauces are rich and comforting, delivering the popular French flavors the chefs have perfected over the years.
Reservations are only taken for parties of 6 or more.
