Kerbey Lane Cafe has been the 24-hour diner of choice since 1980. Primarily famous for the delicious pancakes and "Kerbey Queso," the enormous menu is constantly changing and expanding to include new trends in food, such as several vegan items, and what’s in season from local farmers. Despite the healthy slant, it's most frequented for a late night pig-out or a weekend morning smorgasbord. Get there early and be prepared for a bit of a wait.
