This is the place for any serious egg lover. Shelly Speer, the owner and creator, uses organic ingredients and eggs from a locally sourced, cage-free farm. Located on 6th Street, The Local Yolk serves eggs in just about every style and variety possible. Fried egg sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, tofu egg salad, Jalapeno tuna fish sandwich with an egg on top, and a variety of deviled eggs.
