This iconic South Lamar rooftop features a larger-than-life status of owner Maria Corbalan welcoming hungry guests with open arms, but the eatery actually got it's start as one of Austin's first food trucks over 14 years ago. With a private deck, a generous happy hour that kicks off at 3 pm on weekdays and live, local music nearly five nights a week, Maria's South Austin spirit makes it the perfect place to relax with one of twelve signature tacos. Breakfast is available all day, and there's a hearty dinner menu for the post-happy hour crowd.
