Maru Japanese Restaurant

It's easy to drive by this very unasuming sushi bar and walking in doesn't add to the experience: It's just a simple, uncomplicated restaurant that is all about the sushi. Maru's fans are crazy loyal, some of whom swear it's the best sushi in town. Maru's sushi chef, Mr. Lee, studied seven years in Sendai, Japan and brings that experience to Austin.
Maru has wine, saki, and beer or go BYOB, just pay a $3.00 per person fee.
