Stubb's BBQ
|
It can be tough to get a table at Stubb's some days due to the jam-packed schedule of national and local musical acts. But Stubb's started as a BBQ joint, and they definitely still know how to deliver the spicy, smoky Southern goodness. Grab a combo plate and find your favorite meats and sides. The brisket and ribs never disappoint, but we also recommend the weekday smokehouse specials like quail, pork shoulder and jalapeno briskets. The sides are indulgently what you'd hope for: potato salad, mac n' cheese, friend okra. Make sure you save room (or make room!) for dessert because the pecan pie is authentic and the banana pudding is heavenly. If you can make it out on Sunday morning, the Gospel Brunch is outstanding, like church with an amazing migas, brisket and dessert buffet.
Reservations needed for the Gospel Brunch.
