Sugar Shack

Finding quality BBQ close to campus seems like a daunting task, but lucikly The Sugar Shack is parked out right across the street from the Castillian dormitory. The Shack lacks the rustic environment of a brick and mortar establishment, but it does not hold back on the bold Texas BBQ flavors. Their Notorious P.I.G. a pulled pork wrap or sandwich (you have the option of choosing either) that will leave you licking your fingers. The O.G. sandwich (brisket) smoked with pecan wood is paired excellently with their unique mustard slaw. It's perfect for mouth-watering BBQ on the way to or from class.
The Sugar Shack maintains their usual weekday hours on Saturday game days at UT.
