Sushi A-Go-Go
|
A trailer may not be the first place you'd expect to get sushi, but the owners and operators of Sushi A-Go-Go come from a strict sushi background and know exactly what they're doing. They created Sushi A-Go-Go with the idea of selling fresh, made-to-order sushi at an affordable price, and in Austin, that clearly means a trailer, right? They have an extensive menu filled with just about every sushi roll you've come to expect, as well as a few original concotions of their own. The BBQ Eel and the Spicy Dynamite (spicy tuna, avocado and tempura batter) rolls are the most popular among the Sushi A-Go-Go crowd.
Sushi A-Go-Go offers classes. You can learn how to make sushi from the comfort of your own home. They have a Sushi 101 and Sushi 102 class, and even an option for the youngest sushi chef with a kid's class.
