Taco Shack brings Austin attitude to fast food Tex-mex. They serve enchiladas and taco salads too, but Taco shack is really all about the Taco! Opened by Orlando and Yoli Arriaga back in 1996, Taco Shack is now 8 stores. Orlando's a McCallum High School grad and met Yoli at St. Ed's. Together they started an Austin institution. They even sponsor the Taco Shack Bowl, the annual rivalry game between McCallum and Anderson!
The Shack Taco and Shack Burrito are monsters, or just build your own!
