Uchiko keeps the creativity, freshness and bold flavors of Uchi, while highlighting executive Chef Paul Qui's vision. The menu only features the freshest fish and the finest ingredients, and the chefs are conscious of their impact on the environment. They have a permanent menu filled with their most popular dishes, and a revolving menu based on the Chef's preference and season. Made to resemble a Japanese farmhouse, the interior design and decor compliment the simple but refined food Uchiko has to offer.
