Wine bars can be intimidating, but this one offers an educational approach without losing its cool factor. Uncorked's wine lists are clearly segmented by country, and the menu features an array of predetermined flights, in the event that you can't pick just one. Order "Under the Tuscan Sun," "Buenas Argentina" and "On Safari," and you've made your way half-way around the world in nine [hearty] samples or less. Uncorked also offers "sharable fare" that you can enjoy on the deck that overlooks downtown with a group of friends or a special someone. Neither stuffy nor boorish, Uncorked is an easy place to enjoy personally-selected wine east of I-35.
