This is not your average sausage place, located on South Congress, next to Mighty Cone and Hey Cupcake, Wurst Tex stands out. Their creative menu has it all, from your standard hot dog and pork sausages to rattle snake! Wurst Tex has an exotic portion of the menu, the predator and prey is a rattle snake and rabbit sausage with a hint of jalapeno, they also have duck and buffalo. They have two vegetarian options on the menu and both are tasty. Top it all of with a Mexican coke or Dublin Dr. Pepper in a glass bottle.
