Zocalo Cafe is a decidedly Austin take on Mexican food. Locally owned and operated in the West Lynn neighborhood, the atmosphere is open and calming, the decor and exterior design are very pleasing to the eye. Combining quality ingredients with a neighborhood vibe, it's a great place for lunch with friends or dinner with a date. The Zocalo Plate features incredible chilaquiles, their house specialty, and their salads are unbeatable. All the meals look as delicious as they taste, and all of Zocalo's portions are generous.
Zocalo's happy hour (Loco Goes Late Night) is from 10pm - 12am, offering $2.00 drink specials. The kitchen closes at 10pm, but they offer a complimentary nacho bar and invite DJs to spin into the night.
