You'll never look at your studio apartment the same way again.

Editor's note: There's so much that's beautiful, funny, smart and informative on the Internet. Problem is, there's also a bunch of garbage. Here's the best of the web right now:

1. French nuclear blast guidebook paints disturbing pictures from 1953. We here in Austin are in the midst of the freezepocalypse, so messages of world doom are especially apropos. Yes, you might be fretting about your pipes freezing, but at least you aren't preparing for an atomic attack with little more than a paint-by-numbers pamphlet to guide you. Stampedes, radiation poisoning and the importance of gas masks are all addressed in handy-dandy stick figures. God speed.

2. Trick shot Titus could be the first person to go from preschool to the NBA. Two-year-old Titus has basketball skills most adults would envy, and that list includes Channing Tatum and Bradley Cooper. Titus' over-the-head shots have been growing in fame after he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, but the latest round of star power has propelled young Titus to even greater heights. In fact, the tenacious 2-year-old recently sunk his first-ever shot on a 10-foot goal. Look out, LeBron.

3. Korean artist transforms studio apartment into beautiful dream worlds. Real estate agents will be the first to tell you that a home is what you make of it, and an artist in Korea is living proof that a couple hundred square feet is more than enough to make all your dreams come true. These mesmerizing photos will cause you to do a double-take as you travel from the rain forest floor to high up in the clouds and everywhere in between.

4. The 23 most important selfies of 2013. The point of the self is, well, self-importance. But this roundup from Buzzfeed has star power, including Malia and Sasha Obama, Tom Hanks, Steve Martin and Pope Francis. Of course, we think this bald eagle in France deserves a mention as well, as selfies sans opposable thumbs are mighty hard to come by.

5. Humble living Connecticut woman surprises town with millions from will. Kathleen Magowan was not the kind of woman who took selfies. She's the kind of woman who leaves $6 million to dozens of local businesses and charities in her will and never told a soul about her wealth before her death. Granted, she didn't realize the full extent of her fortunes until very late in life. Far from following conventional financial planning methods, Magowan kept $183,000 in war bonds in a Quaker Oats box and held on to stocks for 50 years without ever checking on their value.

6. The best worst logo designs of 2013. Picking out a symbol to express the brilliance of your brand is a tall order. These 11 companies were not up to the task. Suffice it to say you'll never look at a computer mouse the same way again.
