Texas at Sundance: Austin filmmakers celebrate good times at film fest

Austin filmmakers were everywhere at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival, where at least seven movies made in Austin or created by Austin filmmakers debuted. So there was plenty to celebrate at the Austin Party at Sundance, hosted by the Austin Film Society and the Austin Film Commission.

Director Richard Linklater and actor Joe Manganiello. Linklater's latest film, Boyhood, earned raves, while documentary LaBare, about male dancers at the Dallas strip club, that Manganiello produced was purchased by Main Street Films.
