We've been waiting on this announcement for a while. Juliet, the highly anticipated Italian concept slated for Barton Springs Road, has revealed an opening date — and a big, tasty menu.
The mid-century modern Italian eatery opens to the public on Wednesday, July 1. Juliet will be open for dinner service seven days a week and hopes to attract locals and visitors alike. The airy, light-filled space will feature five distinct dining areas; there will be 135 seats inside, plus an impressive, 135-seat patio.
Perhaps just as impressive — and ambitious — is the large menu. Chef Jacob Weaver's opening menu features 10 sections that run the gamut from antipasti and pizza to olive oil tastings and fresh, in-house pasta. Juliet will also serve six plated desserts in addition to gelato and sorbetto. Weaver's team includes Chef de Cuisine Brandon Fuller, Pastry Chef Carly Rosmeissl and Beverage Director Robert Millican.
In addition to dinner, patrons can enjoy happy hour seven days a week from 3-7 pm. Juliet is now accepting reservations online.
