Besides the celebrity sightings of so many of our favorite guilty pop culture icons of days gone by (Wil Wheaton! Dean Cain!), our favorite part about Comic Con is the unabashedly proud display that comes in the form of cosplay.
Cosplay, for those not in the culture, is the practice of dressing up in a homemade costume of your favorite superhero or sci-fi character and proudly wearing it out in public for all to enjoy.
Comic cons are the absolute best place to wear your costume with pride. Because, unlike on Sixth Street, people will recognize your intention and want to take one million photos with you.
