For the past eight years, the all-star team of Mack Brown, Jack Ingram, and Matthew McConaughey has joined up for an epic fundraiser to benefit the Austin community. The two-day affair includes a golf classic, fashion show, and luncheon, but it's the headline-grabbing gala at ACL Live at the Moody Theater that is sure to generate the most buzz.

On Monday, February 3, Mack, Jack & McConaughey revealed multi-platinum artist Luke Combs will headline this year's event. Combs, who is just coming off a recent appearance on Saturday Night Live, will perform at the 2020 MJ&M Gala on Thursday, April 23.

“Luke Combs is such a talented and authentic musician. He is one of the biggest names in country music right now and we know he will give a performance to remember," Ingram said in a release.

Previous MJ&M headliners include the Dixie Chicks, Miranda Lambert, and Chris Stapleton. “The caliber of talent at MJ&M each year continues to humble us. Luke Combs is no exception,” said McConaughey.

Tickets for Luke Combs are open to the public and go on sale Friday, February 7, at 10 am here

Naming Luke Combs as headliner is the first big announcement for this year's Mack, Jack & McConaughey, although organizers expect to roll out additional news as the date approaches. Though we do know the annual fashion event and runway show will take place at the Fairmont Austin on Friday, April 24, additional details — including this year's designer — will be revealed later.

Likewise, the annual golf tournament will return to Spanish Oaks Golf Club, but we don't know who is teeing up just yet.

All proceeds, including Luke Combs' performance, benefit a host of Austin-based nonprofit and charity organizations, including CureDuchenne, Dell Children’s Medical Center, HeartGift, just keep livin Foundation, and The Rise School of Austin.
