Emshwiller Real Estate celebrated its Austin launch with a private event held on May 22 in Tarrytown. The highly-specialized company sells real estate throughout Colorado (Aspen, Telluride, Vail and Crested Butte) and Austin.

The event, hosted Rob and Christy Emshwiller along with Luxe Interiors + Design, took place at a Tarrytown residence. Located at 3504 Windsor Rd., the home was listed by Emshwiller Real Estate and was already under contract by the night of the event. The party went on, however, with several of Emshwiller's local favorites in attendance.

On display throughout the home were pieces from Austin-based designer Keith Kreeger, owner of Kreeger Pottery, whose handmade works are sophisticated, strong and made for daily living.

Childbloom Guitars provided the acoustic music for the evening. The Childbloom Guitar program, the largest of its kind in the U.S., is a comprehensive musical education program for children between the ages of 5 and 12.

Also on hand was East Side King, the iconic Austin food trailer from Top Chef: Texas winner Paul Qui. A food truck in Tarrytown was a great addition to welcoming Emshwiller Real Estate to the Austin landscape.
