Lets face it, whether we like to admit it or not, we're constantly searching for any excuse to skip the gym. We all need some extra motivation to sweat and burn those unwanted calories. It's hard to get off the couch and get moving, but good music goes a long way towards making a workout routine less of a grind.

Stay empowered during a gym session with songs that make you want to move:

Overall motivation — "Wasted" by Tiësto
This song not only has an awesome beat, but it will keep you going from its beginning until you are "wasted."

Lifting weights — "Power" by Kanye West
Kanye will help you the "power" through your workout no matter what. This is perfect if you're lifting weights.
