Heywood Hotel
This boutique hotel in trendy East Austin has seven custom rooms. Book the No. 4 King Patio, which features access to a shared patio as well as its own private one, reclaimed hardwood floors, a full-sized soaking tub (bubble bath included), a walk-in shower, and a handmade king-sized bed in addition to a shared coffee bar area. The hotel's textiles and art are local and its furniture re-purposed.
King Patio rates range from $289-$349.

Hotel St. Cecilia
This property one block off South Congress Avenue has five suites in an original 1800s Victorian mansion, each with its own decorative theme and curated mini-bar. Suite No. 4 offers an entrance at the back of the house and a private yard featuring a fire pit, a deck, and festive strings of lights (ask about the s'mores offerings).
