Foodways Texas was established in 2010 and hosts its second symposium, "TexasPreserved" on March 23-25, 2012, in Austin. -
"Texas Preserved" is a two-and-a-half day event that takes place in the BlantonMuseum Auditorium and various culinary hotspots. It includes panel discussions,informative speakers, and Texas-inspired meals.
