We ran into Emmeline inside of popular men's store Stag. Her perforated black flats first caught our attention and then, as we scanned upwards, we realized the whole ensemble exuded an easy-going, I-didn't-have-to-try-too-hard vibe, from the woven satchel with red accents to the perfectly tousled sun-kissed hair. Evidently, New Orleans promotes the same type of taste in fashion as Austin.
