Amid the jeans and T's that seemed to be the fashion staple of SXSW, we spotted Tabitha Hale, creative director at Rocca Productions, in this street chic ensemble outside of ACL, where she waited for doors to open on the Roger Daltrey concert.
Saying that she begins every outfit with the shoes, Tabitha stepped out in a pair of Nine West comfy basics. From there, she added her dress from Gap ("a million years ago") topped off with the Jones New York scarf in her favorite color, burnt orange.
To better tie in her Tory Birch messenger bag with her outfit, she changed out the original tan leather strap to a black and gold chunky strap (to match the blackshoes) from a Bebe evening bag.
Her earrings were Kendra Scott. "She is my absolute favorite jewelry designer. She's local and I love her success story... and her designs!" Tabitha said.
