Broadway in Austin presents An American in Paris
Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Christopher Wheldon’s hit Broadway musical makes its Austin debut at Bass Concert Hall. In the aftermath of World War II, an American soldier and a mysterious French girl yearn for a fresh start. The gripping story set in the City of Lights is accompanied by acclaimed works from George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin. Performances through June 3, and check out our sneak peek here.

Actor Rob Lowe makes a stop in Austin in support of his one man show, Stories I Only Tell My Friends at the Paramount Theatre. The limited-run tour pulls inspiration from Lowe’s two New York Times bestsellers, Stories I Only Tell My Friends and Love Life, and delivers insights from the actor’s iconic career spanning four decades. Austin Metamorphosis Dance Ensemble presents Ballet Under the Stars
Austin Metamorphosis Dance Ensemble delivers its annual finale production just before sundown at Zilker Hillside Theater. Ballet Under the Stars features original works created by the ensemble’s resident artists and span a range of dance styles. Admission is free but donations are encouraged.

Kelly Willis in concert
Kelly Willis returns to the Paramount Theatre for a show celebrating her new album, Back Being Blue. The talented country music singer-songwriter, known for hits including “Cheater’s Game” and “Baby Take a Piece of My Heart,” makes her way back to Austin for an intimate, one-night only performance. The Beauty Co-Lab Pop-Up Shop
Indulge in a little skin care and beauty TLC at the most glamorous event of the weekend. The Beauty Co-Lab pop-up features a barrage of local cosmetic companies including Elevé Cosmetics, Lip Service XO, and RIMIX Cosmetics along with homegrown skincare brands Olive + M, Absorb Skincare, and others.
