During the exclusive performance, the two legends will recall their storied careers, creative influences, and most memorable encounters in show business. Grammy Award-winning bluegrass band The Steep Canyon Rangers and Jimmy Kimmel Live band member Jeff Babko join Martin and Short on the Bass Concert Hall stage.
Dashboard Confessional and All Time Low in concert
Dashboard Confessional and All Time Low co-headline their The Summer Ever After tour at ACL Live. The two rock bands will tour in support of their recent albums, Crooked Shadows and Last Young Renegade, respectively. Rapper Gnash will join the Austin tour stop as a special guest. Celebrate National Co-op Month during the second annual Wheatsville Big Co-op Fair at the store’s South Lamar location. The family-friendly event features carnival rides, a rock climbing wall, free food samples, music by the Ann Richards School marching band, a live set by KOOP radio, and more. Admission is free.
Austin Scottish Rite Theatre presents Rosita y Conchita
Celebrate the spirit of Dia de los Muertos during the opening weekend of Rosita y Conchita. The story of two sisters and their attempt to reunite on the Day of the Dead comes to life on the Scottish Rite Theatre stage. The touching story of family's near-misses before a miraculous reunion is a journey for all ages to enjoy. Performances through November 2.

Landmarks Dog Walk
Austin dogs and their humans are invited to embark on a leisurely one-hour stroll around the University of Texas at Austin campus for an inspired alternative to the typical neighborhood dog walking route. Owners and their furry friends are encouraged to bring leashes (and plenty of waste bags) for a walking tour of the stunning outdoor artwork displayed across the 40 Acres. Plenty of water stops along the route will be available. Guests will also receive a special Landmarks frisbee.
