The Driskill presents Father's Week Bourbon Pairing

The Driskill will present a three-course bourbon pairing dinner for a weeklong celebration of Fathers Day.
The dinner will include:
- First Course: braised pork belly, bourbon ancho glaze, pecan ritz crumble, vibrant slaw, sorrel. Pairing: Basil Hayden bourbon
- Second Course: 12oz rosewood wagyu new york steak au poivre, roasted bourbon carrots, blue cheese tator tots. Pairing: Woodford Reserve.
- Dessert Course: warm vanilla bean-bourbon croissant pudding, locally inspired rebecca creek bourbon caramel. “smoky” ancho-chocolate ice cream. Pairing: TX Bourbon whiskey
