Pace Bend Park
Pace Bend Park is a special spot, hugging the edge of Lake Travis and boasting all-purpose terrain. The limestone diving cliffs don't intimidate, wooded walks and bike trails abound, and the sliver of beach provides just enough lounging space betwixt all the action.
Park rangers are notoriously protective of the turf, but cleaning up after yo' nasty self after a night of ruckus camping is the least you could do to reciprocate mother nature's hospitality. Add boating, horseback riding, and a nearby HEB into the mix, and you've got yourself a versatile and breathtaking piece of paradise.
