A mainstay since the '80s, this Saks Fifth Avenue in-store restaurant has undergone a major facelift. Reflecting the fact that the Galleria is now becoming a dining destination after dark, owner Lucky Chopra has tweaked the menu and added a wine wall and a balcony for outdoor dining.During the day, the restaurant is still populated with well-dressed ladies who lunch. But in the evening, it takes on a sexier vibe for an upscale crowd that loves great martinis and steaks. Thankfully, there's a separate entrance and valet service, even when the store is closed for the evening.
