Between the recent introduction of beef ribs and a menu of well-executed standards, The Brisket House has emerged as one of Houston's most reliable barbecue joints. Sides and desserts are solid as well. Order the signature Aggie Special that comes with a cheddar cheese, bread, onion and a pickle. Even better: the restaurant rarely has a line.
