Chef Jose Hernandez is out to prove that an independent restaurant can thrive at chain-loving CityCentre. Diners familiar with Hernandez's work at Philippe, La Balance and Etoile know the man is fluent in French cuisine, but, at Radio Milano, he shows he's equally adept at Italian cooking. Impossibly thin pastas, hearty mains and, of course, heavenly desserts make this restaurant a legitimate destination for inner-Loopers and west side residents. The restaurant’s downstairs bar serve up high quality, handmade cocktails that are a worthwhile destination on their own. The space may be in a hotel, but it feels far away from the CityCentre crowds, as long as you're willing to tip the valet instead of fighting for a parking spot.
