Vista Brewing's 21-acre Driftwood ranch will host a four course farm-to-table beer pairing dinner experience. Executive Chef Kyle Barker has created a menu featuring produce sourced from the onsite farm, managed by Vista's Farmer Noël Lopreore. Each course is paired with brews from Brewmaster Daniel Heisler.
The highlight of the menu is Vista's newest barrel program release: Fireside 2022, an imperial stout aged in Still Austin Straight Bourbon barrels. Still Austin will also be sampling their bourbon during the welcome reception.
