All Whisper Valley homes include solar panels to generate electricity, pre-wiring for a garage-mounted electric-vehicle (EV) charging station, and a Bosch geothermal heating and cooling system that saves up to 65 percent on typical monthly energy consumption. The entire community is also connected by an innovative geothermal loop field to maximize efficiency and achieve zero-energy capable homes. And that's not all: The homes also meet the carbon-neutral standard promoted by the City of Austin for new construction homes, and each qualifies for an average federal tax credit of $7,000-$10,000.
