Here's how it works: Head to Hey Cupcake! on South Congress between 2 - 11 pm tomorrow, check in and pay with the PayPal app and you get a free pedicab ride from PayPal to your next destination. The icing on your cupcake? You’ll also receive a $5 off offer when you check-in and pay with PayPal. We don’t think it gets any sweeter than that!
