Andiamo Ristorante presents August Wine Dinner

Join Andiamo for a special August Wine Dinner. This four-course, traditional Italian dinner, paired with wines, features dishes inspired by the Tuscan Region of Italy. Reservations are required and can be made by emailing andiamoitaliano@gmail.com, or calling 512-719-3377.

Menu will be as follows:

  • First Course: ​Panzanella paired with San Fabiano Cerviolo
  • Second Course: Pappardelle alla Boscaiola - Papparedelle pasta with creamy mushroom sauce, paired with Sincero, Cosimo Maria Masini
  • Third Course​: Cacciucco Livornese - Seafood stew, paired with Montellori Chianti
  • Fourth Course: Formaggio di Fossa con Fichi Glassati - Aged sheep cheese with caramelized figs, paired with Colli Senesi Palagetto, Chianti
