Andiamo Ristorante's monthly wine dinner will feature food and wines from VinUs. Highlighting wine professional Pier Giorgio Manna's selected wine pairings, the four-course dinner will include Chef crafted authentic Italian dishes, each paired with an unique wine from Italian family-owned estate wineries.
The menu features:
- 1st course:"Fichi ripieni con gorgonzola e miele" (Stuffed Figs with gorgonzola and honey) paired with Livon Friulano
- 2nd course: "Gnocchi di zucca al burro e salvia" (Pumpkin gnocchi with sage and brown butter) paired with Il Poggione, Brancato Rosato
- 3rd course: "Coscie di pollo con funghi e patate al forno" (Chicken thigh, morel mushrooms and roasted potatoes) paired with Ronchi di Cialla, Ribolla Nera
- 4th course: "Profiteroles al limone" (lemon profiteroles) paired with Sullerba Sparkling Chardonnay
