The Hightower and Austin Beerworks are teaming up for a five-course paired beer dinner that will include Austin Beerworks' newest brew, a Bière de Garde named Garde Tower. In addition to the dinner, Garde Tower will be available for a limited run at The Hightower and Austin Beerworks taproom.
The five-course paired dinner will feature other limited-edition Austin Beerworks brews including Saccharification (a tart saison), Gal-Lager (a pale Helles with local watermelons from Johnson’s Backyard Garden) and Baker’s Dozen (an English bitter). The beers will be paired with The Hightower’s signature New Texan Cuisine, drawing inspiration from Mexican and Eastern European flavors.
