Fixe will have an exclusive bourbon tasting featuring Fixe’s own Old Forrester Barrel Aged Bourbon. As a part of Fixe’s barrel aging program, from its signature housemade hot sauce to barrel aged cocktails, Fixe worked with Old Forrester to select its own barrel for the restaurant. There will be three tastes of Old Forester Bourbon: Fixe’s Single Barrel Bourbon, Old Forester 1870, and Old Forester Statesman, which has been just released. The event will also feature complimentary bites from Fixe’s kitchen. Reservations are recommended but not required.
