Italic presents Brooklyn Mash Dinner with Friends

Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson and Italic's own Chef Andrew Curren will join forces to create a one-night-only menu featuring some of Brooklyn's rarest experimental beers alongside the vivacious flavors both chefs love. 

Unique Brooklyn Brewery Beers will include:

  • Sorachi Ace
  • Galahad (Ghost Bottle; strong Belgian golden ale aged on cider lees in bourbon barrels)
  • Kiwi's Playhouse (Ghost Bottle; sour ale aged on kiwis in bourbon barrels)
  • K is for Kriek (Q1 2015 Brooklyn Quarterly Experiment; dark abbey ale aged on cherries in bourbon barrels)
  • Black Ops (Does not exist, but would be a bourbon barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout if it did)

Special menu items will include:

  • Fritto Misto of Local Vegetables
  • Roasted Mushroom & L'Ottavio (cow's milk cheese from Piedmont, Italy) Pizza
  • Bucatini all'Amatriciana
  • Dandelion Agnolotti with Speck Brodo
  • Braised Short Ribs, Roasted Chicken and Rustic Potatoes
  • Chocolate Budino
