Lenoir will present its second live take-home Wine Dinner Series with a four-course meal created by Chef Todd Duplechan and paired with three full wine bottles from William Chris Vineyards.
The culinary journey will begin at 6:30 pm, when guests will login to Zoom and Chef Todd will talk about his inspiration for each dish, and why he chose them. Then winemaker Chris Brundrett will discuss the pairings and flavor profile. Dinner guests will also be able to give feedback throughout the evening and ask questions to all hosts and presenters. There will also be other surprise guests.
