40 North presents Suerte Collaboration & Kick-off Party with Chef Fermín Núñez

40 North Pizza will present its latest chef collaboration, featuring Chef Fermín Núñez, executive chef of award-winning modern Mexican restaurant Suerte. For the collaboration, Chef Núñez and Chef Clint Elmore have created a special Pizza "La Buena" topped with mole amarillo, nduja, pickled carrots, and kale.

The collaboration also showcases a Queso Fundido, baked in 40 North’s wood-fired oven, made with Eagle Mountain Farmhouse Cheese’s Granbury Gold, fontina, avocado, oregano, pickled onions, and chile Morita. To launch the collaboration, a pizza party will be held. Chefs Núñez and Elmore will both be in the kitchen and a “Secret Party Pizza” topped with mole negro, eggplant, and confit peppers will be available only during this time, alongside the Pizza “La Buena” and Queso Fundido. Drink specials include Modelo Especial micheladas and Suerte Lager on tap.
