Andiamo Ristorante presents Easter-Inspired March Wine Dinner
Andiamo Ristorante will present their monthly wine dinner featuring a four-course Easter-inspired meal prepared by Andiamo's chef paired with four wines picked by professional sommelier Piergiorgio Manna.
The dinner will include:
- First Course: Prosciutto & Asparagus, paired with Soave
- Second Course: Lasagna Bolognese, paired with Primitivo
- Third Course: Lamb stew, paired with Ripasso de Valpolicella
- Fourth Course: Zeppole di San Giuseppe, (typical Easter fritters filled with Italian custard), paired with Sangue di Giuda
