Andiamo Ristorante presents October Wine Dinner
Andiamo will present a four-course traditional Italian dinner inspired by the Umbria region of Italy, with each course paired with an exceptional wine.
- 1st Course: Crostini con polpa di olive - Crostini with Olive Pulp with Vernaccia Bianco
- 2nd Course: Porchetta - Roasted Pork belly with Montefalco Rosso
- 3rd Course: Linguine al Tartufo - Linguni with truffle and saffron with Rosso dei Monti
- 4th Course: Fagittino di Formaggio - Bundle of melted cheese in puff pastry with Sagrantino
