Sommelier Sisi Berry of Mi Paella Specialty Catering will present an in-depth look at the delicious differences between her favorite type of pearls - bubbles. Featuring four different sparkling wines in the beautiful Articulture gardens, guests will learn about the techniques and terroir of each, and how they lend to the different styles. The afternoon will include a charcuterie selection as well. Designated Driver tickets are also available, the DD will get the snacks, education, and some non-alcoholic sparkling to join the toast.
