Enjoy a retelling of the classic tale of Beauty and the Beast from choreographer Stephen Mills and the ensemble of Ballet Austin. The evolution from the original fairy tale in the 1700s to Jean Cocteau's 1946 film to the operatic score by Philip Glass nearly fifty years later inspired Mills to re-imagine the story through a multi-genre artistic collaboration that is sure to inspire innovation in all of us.
