Farm to Disco
Swan Dive is kicking off 2013 by honoring the Sustainable Food Center’s new headquarters, set to open later this year. Chef Sonya Cote of The Homegrown Revival and Hillside Farmacy is hosting a fondue party inspired by disco-era food and drink to benefit the Sustainable Food Center’s ongoing Capital Campaign. Price of admission includes two Dripping Springs Vodka cocktails, all-you-can-eat fondue with locally-sourced meats, bread, veggies and cheese, and dancing. Music by DJ Chino Casino.
