Contemporary artist Julie Ahmad presents "Women of West," taking place as an official part of the West Austin Studio Tour. The show will include an after-hours concert at 6:30 pm each day of the tour.

"Women of West" will call attention to the deficit’s female artists face with the intention to inform, support and empower. In addition to Julie Ahmad, the artist lineup includes mixed media artist Yasmin Youssef, contemporary beadwork artist Lys Santamaria, landscape and architecture painter Kristin Moore and after-hours concert performer Chelsea Pribble. With a storytelling component, Pribble will perform stripped down songs off her upcoming EP Second Movement produced by award-winning producer Lars Göransson.
