OUTsider is a multi-arts LGBTQIA festival based in Austin. Through its annual fest and conference, OUTsider will bring together queer artists, allies, audiences and scholars from around the globe to exchange ideas, ignite conversations, transcend boundaries and experience new pleasures through artistic discovery.
