Shoal Creek Conservancy will present a two-week-long celebration of Shoal Creek. During the 2021 Shoal Creek Social, guests can explore hidden gems with the self-led Shoal Creek Scavenger Hunt and meet up with the team at the weekend Creekside Hangouts, presented by Austin Subaru.
Creekside Hangouts will take place on September 4 and 11 at both parks, featuring a variety of activities, entertainment, and surprises. Each Hangout location will also provide printed copies of the Scavenger Hunt maps, which will guide visitors to some of Shoal Creek’s greatest treasures.
Shoal Creek Conservancy champions the Shoal Creek Watershed to create a healthy and vibrant community. Guests can enjoy the oldest hike and bike trail and learn about their work, see how they can get involved and enjoy the snacks, games and giveaways at the Creekside Hangout events.
